Optic Encoder Limnigraph (OEL)

OEL (Optic Encoder Limnigraph) is a float limnigraph that has been used for many years by Akım Electronic customers.

Limnographs with optic encoders used in rivers, dams, lakes, irrigation canals, flood

water level management, in wastewater management, coastal design and environmental studies. OEL automatically records the water level in memory at the desired recording interval, and these data can be transferred from the RS-232 port of Limnigraf to modems. USB port is used for data transfer to the laptop computers. The data logger can display excel and text files via computer program. This data can be viewed graphically through the program.

OEL displays instantly  water level, date and battery values on the screen. Parameter values ​​can be changed via the keypad, offset values ​​can be set. When the display is activated with the up key, the water level value of the channel is shown on the main page.

The system uses a solar panel and a gel battery as a power source. It does not require an external power source and continues to work with solar energy for many years.

It can also be used directly by mains electricity if desired.

If there is a power failure in the system, Data Logger stores the data. When energy is given from the back, old data can be taken in a healthy way.

The Data Logger will not be able to deviate from the date and time when there is a power failure.

Thanks to the backup battery in the Data Logger, the date and time will continue to progress normally. When energy arrives, it continues to record from where it left off.
